If you don’t already have graphic plus filter you can download by clicking on the below link.

Download Graphic Plus

Create a blank image 100px x 100px

Select the gradient tool click on the linear setting and uncheck, reverse, dither and transparency

Apply brush strokes SUMI-E with the following settings:
Stroke width=6
Stroke Pressure=5
Contrast =9

Apply Graphics Plus kaleidoscope twice using the below settings

 

Application one:

 

Application two:

Use Enhance > adjust color to achieve the color of your choice.
