Create a blank image 100 x 100

I picked crystal stars tubes you can download them below

Place the stars in different areas on three images (save in gif format)

Image Three

Open Animation Shop click on the wizard

Click the first option same size as the first image frame click next

Click the first option keep transparent click next

Click the second option centered in the frame on the same option menu click the option with the canvas color and check scale frame to fit then click next

Click yes repeat the animation indefinitely on the same option menu enter 10 for how long to display each frame click next

Add the three images you created and click next

Next click finish and test your animation

Finished product
